With more tasks and a bigger team, we’re looking for someone who’s
reliable, orgaznied, and able to keep things running 
smoothly in our day-to-day office life. Someone happy to take on both administrative and organizational tasks and also eager to bring their own ideas on how to simplify and improve the way we work.

You will be the right hand to our Office Manager. Your role will be to make sure the office runs seamlessly, to support the team, and to help create a
workplace where people feel good and can focus on their work. From supplier communication and document management to preparing
meetings or team events, your work will be varied, practical, and meaningful. 😊

If you love organization, have an eye for detail, and want to be part of a team where you are never left alone with a problem, this might be the
challenge you are looking for. 💚

Contract: part-time with the option to increase hours if the collaboration works well
On-site: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (at least a few hours a day). The rest can be done from home.

What you’ll be doing: 💁‍♀️

  • Office operations: supplies, supplier communication, orders, office
    space care and daily routines
  • Admin support: document processing, working with our document system, invoicing, general admin tasks
  • Meetings & events: booking rooms, organising refreshments,preparing agendas, and capturing outputs
  • Team support: internal communication, activity planning, onboarding/offboarding support
  • Ad hoc tasks: being the one who “saves the day” when something needs to be done quickly and with a smile
  • IT support: liaising with our IT team and coordinating fixes
  • HR support: helping with teambuilding activities, birthdays, and. other people-related initiatives
