Now we’re looking for someone to help us find channel–market fit just as strong as we scale internationally. Someone who lives in data, gets obsessed with A/B testing, dives into landing pages, suggests bold tweaks – and tracks what actually moves the needle.
Ideally, you’ve done something similar in a seed or Series A B2B startup. But you might also be a hungry junior – if you’ve been a top performer in whatever you’ve done before.
Either way, we’re after someone driven, analytical, and ambitious. You thrive on numbers, experiments, and taking ownership – and you bring a business-first mindset to everything you do.

Alongside Libor, CMO, our marketing team features Annie, our content manager focusing on international expansion, and Šimon, a true multitasker primarily responsible for Czech content, social media, and graphics. Team sunshine is Terka, responsible for the majority of events and also building partnerships abroad. Also you would work closely with Martin, who specializes in analytics and PPC, but we are already running too many projects, so he needs help. Last but not least, you’ll also collaborate closely with Jiří, our CEO and creative mind who never runs out of new ideas.
