Marketing manažer/manažerka

Ameba Production is a music promoter and organizer behind some of the biggest CZ festivals, including Rock for People, Prague Summer Festival, the family-friendly Kefir, and the showcase festival Prague Nouvelle. Additionally, it promotes over 50 headline shows annually (e.g. Ed Sheeran, The 1975, The Offspring, Bring Me The Horizon).

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager, based in Prague. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote festival and headline shows, developing Rock for People brand, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing the company’s digital presence. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on marketing metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing channels, practical knowledge of running online campaigns is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Czech
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
